The founders of ACAWS have vast experience and knowledge of the Asian wedding industry. Our entire team including our sponsors are dedicated to ensuring consumer confidence is gained amongst Asian Event Management companies and specialist Asian Wedding Service providers, which is continuously maintained.

ACAWS believes:

1. A wedding is the most important event in a couples’ life and all Asian Wedding Service providers involved have a duty to act with integrity and honesty.

2. The consumer has the right to know which Asian Event Management companies and specialist Asian Wedding Service providers are professional, ethical and offer high quality standards;

3. Professional, ethical and high quality services that are offered by Asian Event Management companies and specialist Asian Wedding Service providers should be recognised.

Why ACAWS?

The Asian wedding industry is growing rapidly. The list of Asian wedding service providers is endless with so many specific service providers now offering full Asian Event Management. As a consumer it is often difficult to determine which suppliers are able to deliver the promises they initially make. The very fact that there are so many companies being incorporated and then failing to exist after a couple of months or a year, makes it difficult for the consumer to select a reputable and well established provider. This is where ACAWS comes in. It will assist consumers and members by listing only those companies who meet the ACAWS Code of Conduct and therefore can be seen as more than reliable and reputable.

ACAWS believes that the consumer has the right to know which Asian Event Management companies and specialist Asian wedding service providers are professional, ethical and offer high quality standards.

ACAWS do not simply provide a list of unlimited companies. All ACAWS members have been vetted through its strict entrance requirements. To clarify, all members must firstly qualify and are required to adhere to a strict Code of Conduct in order to be listed. We rate our members on a quarterly basis, thus reassuring you that they still qualify to be certified by ACAWS.

We appreciate that every member is different in the way they operate their business, nevertheless all conduct their business in a professional manner.
In the event that a member breaches the Code of Conduct, ACAWS will immediately investigate the breach and take action where required. Failure to adhere to this Code may result in membership being suspended or withdrawn.
