By downloading and completing the PDF application form
below your organisation will be considered for membership with ACAWS, The
Association of Certified Asian Wedding Suppliers. The application will be
put forward for approval and, if successful, you will be invoiced for the
total amount of your membership subscription.
As always, we are on hand, if you require any advice or assistance with

I/we wish to be considered for membership of the Association. I/we
have met the membership requirements
and agree to abide by the Associations Code
of Practice for Members. I understand that benefits
of membership will commence once full payment of my annual membership
fee has been made. I understand that the information provided on the application
form will be stored in a database by ACAWS, in accordance with the Data
Protection Act.
