Event Coordinator – Asian Weddings

Location:
This role is based in the newly opened Dartford office within their sales and events department

Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for co-coordinating Asian weddings in the UK and a small number abroad, as well as organising private and corporate events of all sizes.

Skills required:
He or she must have effective communication skills, genuine customer service experience, the ability to convert enquiries into sales, attention to detail and full PC skills.
He or she will be responsible for the organization, administration and client liaison before, during and after the event as well as supporting the sales and operational teams to over achieve customer expectations. It is essential that applicants are diplomatic and highly-organised people that remain calm in a crisis in order to do the job well.
